When 80 Rs Vegetables Costed me 180
It was fine sunday afternoon on 6th July... My wife and me decided to purchase vegetables from a wholesale Vegetable market which is only one sundays...
For those who don't know it is opposite to Govardhan theater & near yeshwanthpur railway station.
This was our first trip to this market... My wife was excited to know the prices were so low... 1 KG beans costing 20 Rs outside costed Rs 8/-. Onions costed Rs 6/- against 10/-.
so she shopped to her heart's content, In all it was around 15 kilos of various vegetables... that costed us just 80/-...
10 days later i got a love letter from police (Read as:- no parking fine notice). I visitied the Local Police station to be told that the place where I had parked my car was a NO parking area (NO BOARD WAS VISIBLE) The Fine Sheet read :- Parking in road obstructing movement in a high speed lane.
I debated... but in vain... finally i decided to give up Rs 100/- (fine amount). To my UTTER Surprise the system showed My vechicle belonging to someone else... i was Aghast and produced the Registration Book. The Police official said " Please visit the main Office and then confirm that this vechicle is yours Or it could lead to problems".
when I visited the main police, the same system now it reflected my name.... I paid up & collected the receipt and left.
